How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak season (June-September for skiing, October-March for fishing). However, we've organized incredible experiences with only 2-3 weeks notice.
What's included in the experience price?
Our packages typically include: boutique lodge accommodation, all meals, certified guides, technical equipment, internal ground/air transport, permits and complete coordination. International flights are generally not included.
Do I need previous experience?
It depends on the activity. For heli-skiing and backcountry skiing we recommend intermediate-advanced level. Fly fishing can be adapted to all levels. We offer options for beginners with personalized instruction.
Can you design experiences for families?
Absolutely. We create multi-generational itineraries where everyone finds their perfect adventure. Lodges with spa and gentle activities for some, heli-skiing for others.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We always have plans B and C. Our guides know multiple areas and alternative activities. The flexibility of our private itineraries allows us to adapt in real time to maximize your experience.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We require all travelers to have travel insurance that covers adventure activities. We can recommend specialized insurers and help you with the process.
